Build Store Service Terms and Policies

These terms and conditions apply to our ultimate Build Store Service, which is designed to build a quality ready-to-sell Dropship Store within 24 hours.

A. Terms of Service



Service Description: We provide a service that creates and sets up one-product dropship stores on the Shopify platform. This includes store design, basic app installation, and configuration of essential settings (note: we do not support with setting up payment gateways). We also accept additional custom request(s) if any once the review process is completed.

Process: Once you submit your ticket, we will start processing it and complete delivery to you via your chosen preferred channel within 24 working hours. The delivery package includes a proposal that describes our setup for your store as in the Service Description section above.

Intellectual Property: We use legally licensed themes and assets in our store designs. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the store design for your business. We retain ownership of the underlying design elements.

Third-Party Applications: Our service includes three basic applications that serve as a means to increase chances of getting sales on your dropship store and your customer base. They are: AliReviews - Adding Social Proof, Zopi - Importing Winning Products, Parcel Panel - Creating your Tracking Order Page. Please acknowledge that we will set up these app in FREE plans, which means you will not be charged for app use until you want to upgrade to explore more advanced features.

Disclaimer of Warranties: We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee sales, profits, or specific outcomes. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the store.

B. Warranty



Scope: We warrant that the store we create will be free from defects in design, layout, and functionality of the features and apps installed by us at the time of delivery.

Duration: The warranty period is 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues arising from:

Modifications made to the theme setting by you or any third party after delivery.

Problems with third-party apps or services that are not installed by us.
