Our payment-related policies for Zopi Fulfillment service ensure merchants have consistent access to familiar and secure payment methods, transparent information on how to pay and what to pay for, and know what to do if something goes wrong.

As a third-party application of Shopify, all payments are processed directly through Shopify. This means that we have to follow all of their Policies. Zopi transactions are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes or fee related to your transactions and operations.
Payment is required at the time of placing the order. Zopi accepts payments via PayPal approved methods by suppliers, as known as a partner of the Zopi platform.
Zopi requires a valid payment method on file to facilitate transactions with suppliers. Payments will be processed based on the agreed-upon billing cycle or transaction volume. By using Zopi, you agree to allow us to process the payment between you and the suppliers. If payment issues arise, Zopi may attempt additional charges using your authorized payment methods or may suspend services until any outstanding amounts are resolved.
While Zopi facilitates the transfer of funds between you and the suppliers, you must ensure compliance with any required tax reporting or self-remittance to your jurisdiction’s authorities. Zopi does not manage or provide refunds for your end-customers, as Zopi is not the seller of record for any goods or services.
Zopi may adjust fees and commission rates with prior notice, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Zopi is committed to protecting the privacy of our dropshipping partners. We will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. All customer data should be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
