Solutions for Orders with Out-of-stock or Unavailable Products on AliExpress

If your supplier is unavailable or out of stock on AliExpress, you will get an error message and will be unable to proceed with placing your order. In this case, you have to use the AliExpress link of the new supplier to remap your existing product for the order. Here's how you can easily do it with the following steps.

Login to Zopi → Open Order center.

Access the To Order tab and select the order.



Click the chain icon to enter URL of your AliExpress product in the search field, then hit the Map button.





TIP: While mapping, you can find suppliers easily using the Find Similar Supplier feature, which provides quick results based on product research.

You've done it! Now, you can place the order like you normally would.
