There are two ways you can delete Zopi products: in the Shopify admin and in the Zopi app.

Deleting products in the Shopify Admin

Steps

From your Shopify admin > Product page.

Select products you want to delete.

Click on Three-dot icon "..." and choose Delete products.



NOTE: You can delete a specific product from its description page by clicking on the red button “Delete product” at the bottom of the page.

Login to Zopi > Product Center > Mapped.

Tick the checkbox next to the product information for each item you want to delete.

Click the Three-dot icon and choose Delete product.

NOTE: This will delete the product from the Product center permanently. If you also want to remove it from Shopify, you need to click “Delete on Shopify store”.

In the Pop-up, click Delete.


If you wish to bulk-delete products, click the checkbox in the header row to select all products > Three-dot icon > Delete products.
