Order Center: Now More Powerful and User-Friendly Than Ever

We have some great news to share with you about the significant upgrades we have applied to the Orders Center. There are some changes you need pay attention to.

What's Changed?



One of the major changes for this update is redesigning Zopi’s interface with the latest Polaris design. We have modified the interface to align with Shopify’s push to line orders model (one page shows 25 line orders) to save your time and hassle from scrolling down every order.

Fulfill multi-source orders effectively



1. Main dashboard



The logos of the product providers will be visible in the Source section. If you want to check the supplier link, you need to click on each order detail and then click on the product name.



Upon clicking the drop-down button in the Items area, a list of products for that order will be displayed.



Please note that details regarding order errors will be shown right below the Order ID.



2. Order Detail



When you click on an order, you can view the order details with line items from each source. Any line items with errors will be listed at the top.



Tap the pen symbol to edit customer information and click the icon in the Actions area to remap product variants to different supplier variants.

The checkout insight section will show you the cost of each source. The note for the supplier above cannot be sent to the supplier and is visible only on your end.

Simplify Bulk Order Fulfillment



Clicking the checkbox at the top will select all unfulfilled orders and hit Place All Orders button to fulfill in bulk.



Zopi will automatically fulfill orders one by one, starting with the oldest orders. Then we will auto move to proceed with the next order, until the last order.

If successful, your orders will be moved to the Awaiting payment tab. After you pay for your suppliers, we will take care of the rest to sync the tracking code to your Shopify store. Now that you're able to track your orders in Zopi app, learn how to proceed with this guide.
