What to do when the shipping method is unavailable on order?

One common issue you bring to us is {Source} doesn’t ship to {country}. Change source when placing orders to AliExpress. This typically means the product can’t be shipped to your customer’s location. Continue reading for a solution.

Steps


Login to Zopi > Order center > Placement.

Access the Needs attention sub-tab.

Find the order with an error and click Change source next to the error message to quickly resolve the issue.

In the Pop-up, click Map.

In the Map supplier card, click Change and add a new supplier product link click Find similar suppliers below the supplier product field to select your desired product from the result list.

Select the corresponding new supplier’s variant to match the store’s variants, then click Map.
Click Map once more to confirm.



With the order issues resolved, you should now be able to place orders successfully.
