Why do Shopify products show Sold Out? Steps to resolve it

Is your Shopify store incorrectly displaying products as sold out? The most common cause is related to inventory location settings in Shopify stores.

When you have products with multiple inventory locations, Shopify’s inventory stock can get confused and show the wrong number of available items. 
If you’re experiencing sold-out items on your Shopify store, there are a few things you can do to fix the situation. 

How to fix sold-out issues in Shopify



Steps



From your  Shopify admin  > go to  Settings .

Select Shipping and delivery and navigate to the General shipping rates.


Scroll at the bottom part to see the Fulfillment locations section.

Choose ZOPI Fulfillment Service and click the pen icon on the right to edit.


In the Pop-up, click the ration button to select Add new rates for ZOPI Fulfillment Service under Create new rates and click Done.


Once a new rate is created, click Add shipping zone to ship from this location.

In the Pop-up, enter a zone name and elect the countries that you want to include in the zone and click Done.


In the Shipping zones section, click Add rate.

In the Pop-up, choose the type of rate you want to add and click Done.


Click Save to apply your changes.

By doing this, the general shipping set up will be configured in the Zopi app and the rates will be enabled. When you're done adding the rates it will look like this:


Check the product pages on your online store to ensure that the correct inventory levels are displayed. If all looks good, you have addressed the sold-out issue on your Shopify store!
