How to link Zopi with your AliExpress account

Connect your AliExpress account



In order to place orders efficiently to AliExpress and synchronize products and orders data from AliExpress, it is necessary to link Zopi with your AliExpress account.

Here is how to link Zopi to your AliExpress account:

Log in to Zopi
In the app, navigate to the Settings & Billing menu → Account → Click on Connect Now



If your AliExpress account is already logged in, you will be redirected to authorize Zopi. If not, fill in the Email and Password fields and click Sign in.

Once done with the authorization, below is what the app will look like and you may continue to process your order from Zopi.

Change your AliExpress account



Zopi enables you to change the connected AliExpress account in case you need to do it. However, please note that once you change your new AliExpress account, Zopi will no longer sync the data of orders between your old AliExpress account and Zopi.

Here’s how to change your AliExpress account:

In the app, navigate to the Settings & Billing menu → Account → Click on Disconnect



Click “Connect now” to connect with the new AliExpress account. Finish necessary steps according to your AliExpress account login status.

If your AliExpress account is already logged in, you will be redirected to authorize Zopi. If not, fill in the Email and Password fields and click Sign in.
