Why can't I import products from Temu?

Sometimes, when you try to import products from Temu, you may encounter a message asking you to verify your account, followed by a "This item is sold out" status. This issue arises when Temu requests verification or confirmation of your account information.


In such cases, you can solve this according some steps below:

Log out of your Temu account and log back in.

Complete the account verification by following the prompt to solve the puzzle.


Once verified, navigate to the product page you wish to import and click Add to Import List.
