Write a Note to the Suppliers

Sometimes, you will have special requirements for the orders. Utilize the Zopi Note to Supplier feature to send a message to a specific supplier during order placement. Here’s how you can do it.

Steps



Login to Zopi > Order Center > Order settings.

Select your desired source order setting.

Scroll down to find Override Order Info.

Tick the box to Set Default Message to Supplier.

Enter the message you want to leave for the supplier.

Click Save.


TOP TIP: You can simply write a note there for your suppliers about your order, and describe it in detail to be correctly chosen.

Some templates for your reference:

We are doing dropshipping! Please, don't include any invoices or promo materials in the package.

Products are fragile, please be careful

Please wrap the product nicely and carefully.

Product should be shipped during working hours only.

Leave the products at the door mailbox.

The product is oversized, please help the customer to leave it at the post office when it arrives.

Product should be exactly as described.

Remove the old information about your product and fill in the information about my products (e.g: price)

Click Save.
