Fulfill Orders Automatically on Zopi

After you get a new order with the status PAID & UNFULFILLED, Zopi will synchronize them and help you fulfill orders with some simple clicks.

Fulfill Orders from AliExpress



Steps:



Log into Zopi > Order Center > To Order tab.

Click on the selected order to fulfill.

Confirm the shipping information and click on Place order.

Waiting for the process, Zopi will auto-fulfill the needed information and move the order to Awaiting Payment tab. It will remain there until you pay for this order on AliExpress.

Click on Pay now to confirm & pay.

You will be directed to the AliExpress Orders page.

Locate your order and click on Pay now.

In the Pop-up, choose a payment method and click Pay now to complete the payment.

If successful, your order will be moved to the Awaiting Shipment tab in Zopi, indicating that they will await shipping by your suppliers.


Fulfill Orders from CJ Dropshipping



Make sure you’re logged in to CJ Dropshipping and that your CJ account is properly linked before you start. Check this guide to learn detailed steps.

Below, you’ll find instructions on fulfilling the order via Zopi.

Steps:



From your Zopi dashboard, go to Orders center > To Orders.

Click on the selected order to fulfill.

Waiting for the process, Zopi will auto-fulfill the needed information and move the order to the Awaiting Payment tab. It will remain there until you pay for this order on CJ Dropshipping.

Click on Pay now.

Now, you will be redirected to the Store Orders page on CJ Dropshipping.

On the Order Confirmation page, click on Submit.

Select one payment method (PayPal, Card, etc.) to complete the payment.


Once you successfully complete the payment to your suppliers, they will handle packaging and shipping. The order status will then update to Awaiting Shipment in Zopi. Afterward, we will automatically mark the orders as Fulfilled in both your Zopi and Shopify stores and sync the tracking code to your Shopify store. If you are on the Advanced plan or higher, your tracking number will automatically be added to the Tracking Center once it is generated.
