Get the Tracking Code update

After you fulfill the order successfully on Zopi app, the order status will be changed to Awaiting Shipment, and added the Source Order No. 

To get the tracking code update, simply follow these steps:

Login to Zopi > Order > Awaiting Shipment.

Click on the selected order.

On the order detail, click on View tracking.



Alternatively, click on Sync Order Status button on the top-right corner to quickly update the tracking code for all placed orders.

Then, you will be directed to the Tracking Center where you can add any tracking number to track your orders. If you are subscribed to the Advanced plan or higher, the tracking number will be automatically synced from the Order Center upon generation. This enables you to access real-time updates on the status of your orders directly within the Zopi app.



If the supplier has already shipped the order, Zopi will mark the order as Fulfilled and add the tracking code.
