Get the Tracking Code update
If your supplier updates the order tracking number, you can use Zopi's Sync order status feature to automatically synchronize new tracking numbers with your store.
Login to Zopi > Order Center.
Click Sync order status in the top right corner of the Order Center page.
If you need to track orders that were placed manually on the supplier's site, Zopi allows you to manually input the tracking number. This enables synchronization of new tracking numbers and lets you check different tracking statuses under the Shipment tab.
For Temu orders, you can update both the source and tracking numbers manually in the Placement tab of the Order Center.
From the Order Center page, navigate to the Placement tab.
Access the Ready to order / Need attentions sub-tab.
Tick the checkbox next to the desired order ID to enable the Manually fulfill button, then click on it.
In the Pop-up, input the tracking no. and click Save.
For AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping orders, once you've successfully paid your suppliers, the order will move to the Payment tab with its order number. You can manually update the tracking number there.
From the Order Center page, navigate to the Payment tab.
Access the AliExpress / CJ Dropshipping sub-tab.
Tick the checkbox next to the chosen order ID.
Click Manually fulfill.
In the Pop-up, input the tracking no. and click Save.
Your order with the tracking number will be marked under the 'Awaiting Shipment' sub-tab within the Shipment tab and will automatically sync to Shopify. This allows you to access real-time status updates directly within Zopi.
If the supplier has already shipped the order, Zopi will automatically update and categorize the orders into different sub-statuses under Shipment, enabling you to track your orders in real-time without switching back to the supplier's site.

Steps
