For exceptional situations where manual Temu order placement is necessary, Zopi facilitates this by allowing you to input the Temu Order Number and update the order status on Zopi instantly.

How to order manually and pay on the Temu site



Steps:



Go to Temu.com and log into your Temu account.

Select the items you wish to purchase.

Once you have found the items you want, click on the Add to Cart button.

Review the items in your cart and adjust the quantities as needed.

Click on the Checkout button.

Enter your shipping address and select your preferred shipping method.

Choose your preferred payment method (Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Review your order details and click on the Place Order button to complete the process.



How to get the Order Number and update Order Status on Zopi



The Temu Order No. is generated instantly when you place the order and always starts with 'PO'. You may find your order number in the Temu's site by following these steps:

From your Temu account, click on your user avatar in the top right-hand corner.

From the lefthand menu, under Your orders, click on All orders.

The order number can be found directly under each order entry.

Click Copy.

How to update the Order Status on Zopi



Steps:



Go to Zopi > Order Center > To Orders tab.

Click on the selected orders.

On the order details page, tap the pen icon to add the Temu Order No.

Paste the Temu Order No. copied.

Your order is almost ready to ship and the order status on Zopi will switch to Awaiting Shipment.


The Tracking code will be synced to Zopi for 24 hours. If it doesn't update and move to the Fulfilled tab for a long time, kindly click the Sync order status button in the Order center to promptly update it for your orders.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
* You first have to log into your Temu account.
* The country on your Temu account matches the shipping address for your order. For example, the US Temu location can synchronize US orders using the tracking code. Orders from other locations will result in an error and require you to change the country.
