Synchronize Temu orders status
As soon as you receive the tracking number on Temu, you can use Zopi's Sync order status feature to synchronize the order tracking number from Temu to Zopi quickly.
Open the Temu website and sign in to your account.
Set the country on your Temu account to match the shipping address of your order.
For example, the US Temu location can synchronize US orders using the tracking code. Orders from other locations will result in an error and require you to change the country.
Login to Zopi > Order Center.
Click Sync order status in the top right corner of the Order Center page.
Wait for the synchronization process to complete. The tracking code will then be updated, and your order will be organized into different sub-statuses under Shipment.
Once the tracking number is synced from Temu to Zopi, it will automatically sync with your Shopify store.
