Why can't I complete auto fulfill orders?

For making it clear, when you are doing auto fulfill your order, there's some information of your order was missed and not completed, such as: city, country, phone number... so it will stop you and your order won't be able to be completed. Check below to learn how to fix it.


From your Zopi dashboard > Order Center > To Orders tab.

Hover over the selected order and click on the customer name.

In the Pop-up, you can see the fulfillment details:

Refill the correct information and click Save to go on finishing fulfillment.
