Configure Order Processing Settings
Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a way to automate the shipping method, update your customer information and also send a note to your supplier that can save yourself some time and money?
Well, there is! Order settings is a powerful tool that can help you easily streamline the fulfillment process and boost your profit margin.
Login to Zopi > Order Center > Order settings.
Select AliExpress/ CJ Dropshipping source to set up order-based on the highlighted section below:
You can set the default shipping method for products sent to a specific country. Zopi will automatically apply the shipping method that meets those requirements when you place orders with your suppliers. Choose the specific shipping method that you trust from the following options: Cainiao Super Economy for Special Goods, Cainiao Super Economy, Cainiao Super Economy Global, or AliExpress Selection Standard.
The priority for selecting the specific shipping method will be:
Main shipping method first
Backup shipping method second
For backup, there are two options:
Fastest method: Zopi will compare different shipping options and offer you the fastest one.
Cheapest method: Zopi will pick up the cheapest shipping price on the list.
Sometimes, the buyers did not provide full order information, which may lead to order failure. However, you can avoid this by setting default customer information, which will be automatically applied to orders when placing them with your suppliers.
Tick the box to override error address fields (Province/City/Town). If the information is blank or incorrectly formatted when syncing from platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), the system will override it using your settings.
If CJ Dropshipping requires certain fields from specific countries (e.g., Italy, Greece, Belarus, Spain, Germany, France, and Malaysia), enter the IOSS type and number corresponding to the country, and the system will override using your settings.
Phone numbers are always required by AliExpress. However, if the order doesn’t include a phone number, you can set default phone numbers and they can be automatically applied to orders when placing them to your suppliers.
Tick the box to activate the default phone number feature. Choose a country from the dropdown menu and enter a phone number that meets the rules for that country. This way, default numbers will replace any empty or incorrect phone numbers once the feature is activated.
It might be useful for you to set up the default message to your suppliers when you place the order to notify them that you are dropshipping.
Tick the box to enable the default message feature for suppliers, and edit the message in the provided box. This message will be automatically sent with every order you place to your suppliers through Zopi. On the AliExpress/CJ Dropshipping order details page, the message will appear at the bottom of the order information.
Tick the box to enable automatic fixing of popular order errors when placing. It greatly reduces the probability of getting canceled or failing.
