Due to supplier regulations and customs clearance rules, orders shipped to specific countries must adhere to special requirements to ensure they can be processed by your suppliers.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
* Brazil: The Tax ID number required is known as CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), which has 11 digits.
* Chile: The Tax ID number required is known as RUT (Rol Único Tributario), which has 9 digits.
After a customer places an order, you can find their CPF/RUT number on their order details page. If this information is missing or incorrect, you must contact the customer to obtain the correct details for the customer info. Otherwise, you won’t be able to continue fulfilling orders in Zopi.
