Solutions for Orders with Out-Of-Stock Items on AliExpress

If your supplier has zero stock on AliExpress, you will be unable to proceed with placing your order as usual. When it actually happens, you need to learn how to tackle the stock issue appropriately. Here are 2 ways you can get yourself out of this situation:

Openly Communicate with Your Supplier

Start by reaching out to your supplier directly to confirm product availability. To do this, go to the product detail page on AliExpress and click the ‘Message’ button located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This action will open a chat box, allowing you to chat with the supplier directly.

If the product is in stock, you can request them to update the stock status.

If your current supplier is unresponsive or taking too long to restock, consider exploring the below option.

Quickly Find an Alternative Supplier

In this case, you have to use the AliExpress link of the new supplier to remap your existing product for the order.


Login to Zopi > Order center.

Access the To Order tab and select the order.

Click the chain icon to enter URL of your AliExpress product in the search field, then hit the Map button.

TIP: While mapping, you can find suppliers easily using the Find Similar Supplier feature, which provides quick results based on product research.

By following these steps, you'll be able to successfully place your order normally.
